Terms of service

Plain terms for commissioning a work from me. Short version: everything is made by hand, estimates are honest, and nothing starts before we agree.

The service

I make hand-embroidered cross-stitch works to order, from a photograph you provide. Every piece is made individually; no two are the same.

Estimates

The price and timing shown by the calculator are an estimate based on size. I confirm the final quote after seeing your photograph. Nothing is binding until we both confirm the commission.

Timelines

Lead times are estimates. Hand work of tens of thousands of stitches takes weeks; I quote a realistic range and keep you informed if it shifts.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, are agreed individually when the commission is confirmed, before the work begins.

Your photograph and the finished work

Your photographs remain yours; I use them only to prepare your commission. The finished work becomes yours on full payment. I may show a piece in my gallery only with your consent.

Applicable law
